For the fourth consecutive year, the US Open campaign brings together the energy of New York City with the intensity, style, and spectacle of the tournament. This year’s direction pushed the campaign further, treating the US Open as more than tennis, but as a cultural moment shaped by music, fashion, lights, crowds, and the unmistakable pulse of New York.
The visual language combines premium sports footage and photography with texture, grain, bold color, kinetic camera movement, and rhythmic editing. One of the key techniques developed for the campaign was “photo-motion,” blending broadcast footage with high-speed photography to create dynamic sequences where moments of play freeze, fracture, and accelerate through still images.
Driven by Jon Batiste’s narration, the piece captures the raw energy and swagger of New York tennis, part sport, part spectacle, and part cultural moment. A visual love letter to the US Open, the city, and the electric atmosphere that takes over New York every summer.
